Hello, I'm afraid nobody can enter as the game is still being "learned" by Steam. Owning the base game cannot be synced by Steamgifts as a consequence.

I do own the base game mate. For as long as the base game is in "learning" state, I (and those who own it) cannot enter for its DLC content on Steamgifts. You'll see for yourself, just wanted to inform you proactively :-)
