I mean, you as a giveaway maker can decide if you want the winner not to own a part of the pack. So you can ask for a reroll if you want, or give the key/gift even if someone own base game/part of the pack.
That's what I meant. Anyway I will keep my entry as the dlc contains bonus lvls and character not just standard soundtrack and artwork, but if you are not fine with giving it to someone who owns the base game, feel free to reroll. ^_^
