I would suggest contacting the winner and asking their permission to change the giveaway game, because right now this one constitutes as a "fake" giveaway.

Right now the winner is flagged for two non-activated games because of this, and it is not the winner's fault, they most likely never knew what the issue was. So I'd really suggest sending a support ticket to change the giveaway game from subID 116763 to subID 7522.

I contacted the support and got this answer, so I ask the winner to comment here as they ask:

"Unfortunately, when Sega changed the contents of the Dreamcast Collection to include more games, they did so by removing the old collection from Steam and uploading a new variant. Since the name/artwork looked just like the old one, the switch was not caught until several months after the fact.

We have re-added the older collection, which was included in a Humble Bundle, back onto the site to allow it to be given away without issue. When you made your giveaway, you inadvertently promised to give the winner the new version of the Dreamcast Collection, which contains 2 more titles not covered in the bundle. The winner should have marked your giveaway as "Not Received" since they were provided the wrong variant of the collection, but like you, they were most likely unaware of the change themselves.

We can the giveaway back to the old variant, but we require the winner to confirm that they are okay with the switch. Please ask them to leave a comment in the giveaway stating that they received the old variant and they are okay with the giveaway being changed to reflect that.

Once done, we will approve this ticket as soon as possible."
