Thanks!
Nothing special dont go to mind atm so here is simple dessert i like to do sometimes:
Take sour cream(probably differs a little country by country so im not sure it works with every kind, but thicker the better) add spoon or two cocoa(most important part is DONT use some ready mix crap but real cocoa powder and lastly add sugar. Stir and taste, if needed add some ingredient. Fast and easy to do and not so sweet(at least i like it so).

Thank you! There's Lebanese kibbeh, its basically a fried meat shell with ground beef inside with some spices. Shouldnt be too hard to find if you look up Lebanese Kibbeh recipe. Goes great with a Hummus to dip in!

Not sure if you like pork, but in BRazil we do like Feijoada. It's a pork stew with black beans.

Philippine Adobo and rice. Browned meat and/or vegetables in oil and then simmered in vinegar, garlic and soy sauce and/or bay leaves. Can also add sugar for sweetness or chili peppers for some spiciness. Add salt / whole peppercorns for seasoning. I like to use chicken and potatoes and lots of garlic.
