I'm not going to watch the entire video because it's too long and the screeching from that guy is really annoying.
I played the game around the time it came out and enjoyed it so I cannot agree that it's garbage. It's not perfect, but it's far from garbage.
The beginning of the video is the weaker part. Feel ya with the screeching. But then he gets serious and the videos is long because of how many issues this game has.
I'm pretty sure that if anyone would give a damn about that, someone could make a video about all the issues of the previous Fallout games, or any game.
Fallout 3 is really fun, and that's all I ask to any game to consider it great.

Comparing apples and oranges. They shared the name and the setting but there are many differences. Personally I found the writing and many of the RPG elements watered greatly down and those were the aspects I enjoyed. But that doesn't mean that others couldn't enjoy the new aspects Fallout 3 brought.
