heads up, it might be worth checking the winners. If my memory serves, the version of Ridge Racer Unbounded that came in a bundle a while back had all the DLC included. I already have it at least, and I can still enter.

well steam api propagate no dlc info at all, so it is not this dlc but all dlc, same with packages.
