Actually, he's right. you cannot have special rules on public giveaways. Only on private giveaways.

I don't see any special rule that requires moderator approval. Did you see ever a bundle giveaway?

Pretty sure that owning the bigger part of an expensive bundle has been excluded from that rule by several community discussions as the asshole exception :)

I'd love to try for this but have 3 games (4 if you count titan quest gold as 2) BUT per the rules of bundles of any type it is up to the giveaway creator to determine the cutoff number of games included a person can already own. Rules faq hasn't been updated with this (or whitelist of dota 2 and CS:GO betas being removed) last I checked but there have been a number of threads about it.

Edit: Entered after number of games changed from 2-3. I own Darksiders, Metro 2033 and Titan Quest Gold which shows as two games. If that is too many and I happen to win I'm fine with being rerolled. Either way Thanks to the giveaway creator for a great giveaway.

Well, you're right that you can't have special rules for a public giveaway, but not owning a significant number of games in a collection/bundle is one of the standard rules, so if the winner has several of these, I'm pretty sure the creator would be granted a re-roll.

The way I see it, Kingdoms is just re-stating an existing rule for the benefit of the hard-of-thinking. Sadly, this doesn't seem to have deterred them in their efforts to greedily enter every game going :(
