you've been here a year. you should know by now

you have to activate all won gifts from the website to your account, i checked and did not see bit blasters on your account. so i can safely assume you are giving away the bit blaster game you just won recently.

Its against the rules read the FAQ

you haven't activated / regifted two of your wins so by the link above you would get a 10 day suspension
