Yes the key will activate all DLC not owned BUT we are asking YOU if you WANT people who do not have the game to enter or if you are alright for people who do own the game but missing several DLC?

If someone uses this key and is only missing one DLC, then this DLC is beeing activated, but the main game and all other DLCs are "wasted".

You have been asked if you want to allow people that would "waste" the main game and or some of the DLCs due to already owning it.

In short, you can request for a new winner from support if someone owns parts/majority of the package. So if you don't want someone who owns the base game and is entering only for dlcs to win this package, and that person happens to win it, just submit a ticket to support for new winner. Because as someone said base game gets "wasted" when someone who owns it activates a bigger package for dlcs.

If you want someone who owns nothing from the pack to get it as oposed to someone who owns the majority, just check in winner's library if they own the game, and if they do ask for new winner.

In any case, it's always your call how much you allow winner to own. For example if it's a pack with several games you can specify how many someone can own.

I have no clue, why i cant activate this. I will try to solve this problem but in case i wil not fidn solution, just let u know and u will have to reroll :X
