nope.

he knows all, see all and in all, so no he do not under the restrictions of men of "micro-managing" - thats a man limitation not god.

beside asking for help not necessary means you will get it (perhaps you dont deserve it, or perhaps its not good for you etc)

but still asking is required, its like a child ask his parents :-)
