it turns out that I already had it, reroll pls

I just appeared like I won this yesterday but the giveaway ended 2 months ago. I tried to redeem the serial but it says that It has been used. Not sure if because it was rerolled or if the serial was added by the one doing the giveaway and but mistake sent me a used serial.
