Description

Hi everyone! I'll add the winner to my steam friend list on 2012-12-18 (Tuesday) around 12:00 and send the steam gift via steam trade, so keep attention! :) Good luck!

PS: I have a trade topic too, you should check it here Thanks :)

And also i have a question for you guys/girls: RPG Maker VX Ace just hit the Steam software category. What is your opinion about it? Would you pay 1-5$ for a game made with it? If no, why? What should it offer to change your mind? (I'm asking these because i'm willing to make some stuff in it (when i will have money to buy it) to get some micro-income and fulfilling my desire to make games, telling some awesome (or funny) stories i'm sitting on for a while, presenting some brand new game mechanics based on the Ace's capabilites and so on)
Oh, and if your answer is "Meh, it's RPG Maker, i'm already out", please tell me, why? I really want to know! Even after this giveaway is over.

Is this really the Collection?

Edit: Lovely, lovely. It's just that it seemed like such a rare thing to pop up out of nowhere and as there was the single game in a bundle a while back, one couldn't help but wonder. I normally don't ask, but I couldn't determine from your previous giveaways what your gifting pattern is or if it would be possible that it could have been an accidental picking of the wrong title. Pardon me for the confusion of mine, I do appreciate the confirmation as you aren't required to reply and alot of people would most commonly take such a question the wrong way.

Yes it is, i bought it when it was on daily deal but never added to my steam library, because i got the single game from a bundle and realised it's not really my game.

Edit: No problem, i like to clear the misconceptions and do a fair play :)

Thank you! Well, I've bought a RPG Maker game (To the Moon) so it's alright I guess. It really depends on the game though.

Thanks a lot!

Haven't played many RPG-maker games, but if they're well-made I don't see why not.

thank ya for the giveaway. As for RPG maker games, the story will end up being the make it or break it factor for most.

Thank you :)

Don't think it as an income, the time you'd need to spend on it VS the money you'll get back from it will make you hate the world if you do. Instead think of it as an hobby and have fun with it. If you can produce a working version, you can put it on Desura and your page to share it with people. If your product ends up being a bestseller against all the odds, then start thinking Steam, not before.

I want to do it in my free time not as a full-time job :) It's too early to think about selling it (because "it" is not exists yet :D) on platforms, but i know Desura has a more susceptible community for these kind of games than Steam, but Steam has greenlight and workshop so if it's not worth the time and investment it will be figured out :) Thanks for the advice though, and good luck in the giveaway! :)

Desura isn't as good as you might think. You'd probably never get paid as the standard contract minimum payout is $500 after their percentage. Not a big deal if you sell 000's but one hell of a big deal if you sell 00s. You can have a minor indie hit and starve with that contract :(

Thx... I've been playing Chtulu Saves the World, so I have no problem with poor graphics games. Actually, a really good story is all I need. Funny or Epic, you choose.

Imho Cthulhu Saves The World has a unique art style, not poor, not ugly to look at, just well-made retro. Aaaand awesome badass music! Hell yeah! \,,/
