I have decided to spread my gifting to a wider variety of levels thus occasionally giving some love to high level gifters. This time, I'm rolling a d10 and gifting to Levels 0-8 and my whitelist on a "9" (composed of every person I have ever won a gift from and maybe a few others). And the winner this time is...(drum roll)...
