It seems that you can enter even if you already own the game, so please check out by yourself (I'll check the winner too of course, but this is in order to avoid re-rolls and long waiting times) if you don't already own it! =)
It's because of the new game restrictions ("Steam is learning about this game"). The games don't show in the API that sites like this use to view your library. For sites like Gogo and Otaku, nearly every new game they bundle is restricted like this.

They also show as "not activated" in SGTools after someone wins, even after they have activated it. (until knsys adds them to the list of exceptions) I ran into that a couple times already myself.
