It's because of the new game restrictions ("Steam is learning about this game"). The games don't show in the API that sites like this use to view your library. For sites like Gogo and Otaku, nearly every new game they bundle is restricted like this.

They also show as "not activated" in SGTools after someone wins, even after they have activated it. (until knsys adds them to the list of exceptions) I ran into that a couple times already myself.
