By the way, how do I find x for which is sum of floor(((x+n-1)/n)^(1/1989)) for n=1 to 1989 equal to 1990?

I did try Wolfram (sum floor(((x+n-1)/n)^(1/1989)) for n=1 to 1989) but it did not really help.
