heya bash, you can reroll this one for another person because i have majority of the things in this package, i thought i did not, i think thats not nice to take it. Cheers for chance , lets make someone else happy :)
It's up to creator to decide how much is "enough" for re-roll. Like if winner has base game but misses DLCs you can still request re-roll. Or if they miss only few DLCs and you know they are only cosmetics.
