I can't activate the key for this product, what can I do?
What is the error message that you are getting? I saw that most of the regions are able to activate, but I don't think it's "all".

I'm sorry about it. If it's the regional issue, I don't think there's I can do :(
and cannot be exchanged for another one?
All the codes that I have are from the same source, thus they are likely to be same regional restrictions then.
