Hey,

Was this game revoked from your Steam account? I don't see it on your owned games list.

Keys from AlienWare were trial keys and get revoked on 21st Jun. In this case you should mark giveaways as not received.

You're right. It's not in my games list. So I marked it as not received right now. I just wonder why there was seemingly no problem to redeem it.

Developers can request that batch of keys they create will expire. And this is what happened.

Instead of releasing temporary demo or free weekend they requested keys that expired (and get automatically revoked) after couple days.
