Why didn't you do that? The Received step is not obligatory.

Also, what if i had activated the key and forgot to mark as received? You would just generate problems for the next giveaway winner, since he would see the message that the key was already activated...

You should've used another ways of contacting me.

Hello, Noxco! How are you doing?

This dude actually went and talked to me just a few days after I had won.
I checked the rules and told him that I was still in time to activated (A week after the win is the maximum, and actually a week hasnt passed at the time, so I was still on time.)

He said to me that "the key were only valid for three days and I should've activated as soon as I won." and there was nothing he could do.
Well, I dont see a problem in that. It is ok. Those things happens.

But, as soon as I told him this: Since this game is pretty cheap and I am still on time, can u buy it and give me here so I can mark as received?
If he said "Sorry, bro. I cant afford it" or "I wont be able to do this, I am sorry", I would say "Ok, do not worry. I will make a statement to the giveaway be deleted."

But instead, things started to escalate.

His first response after this was: if it is so cheap, why dont you but it yourself?

So after this, his messages towards me started being a little rude and passive agressive... Dude was mad that I did not comment and agree to delete this giveway right after he asked me to.

He even went and say this "I am pretty successful in life, and I gain a lot of money" and bla bla bla. Like, who cares. Curb your arrogance, right?

So, for this reason, I dont think I will be agreeing with the deletion of the giveway, solely for the reason that for the first time ever I encountered a rude arrogant dude on SteamGifts, after years of being a member. It shames me to also know that he is also a Brazilian just like me.

IMO this dude must be penalized.
