On the 25-copy Twitter giveaway, you say to "Follow Flynn's Arcade," but after that, you have a link to this game. Do I have to click "follow" on the game as well to enter? How can you make sure every entrant did everything?
The requirements i've received from them was to make sure people follows their twitter account not the game i've added it because i think its only fair , there is no way to check if people did follow the game but i can see if they did follow their twitter account.

also in the server everyone can enter the giveaways without needing to do anything , unless they choose to enter the extra giveaways that are sponsored .
Again, you can't promote external giveaways while putting them behind some sort of wall. Pay wall, like my facebook for chance, join my discord, send me money. All are not allowed.
And if you want to make SG giveaways and promote them here - create a group where you will give games to people.

Yes, you can promote social media or external websites. Or games you made. But it must be in a way of "hey, I have discord server, I talk about cats". Not "Hey, join my discord, I make exclusive GAs there".
First and only thing that is shown to users on discord can't be "giveaway action" as well. Like telling people in server rules they can donate TF2 hats in order to get into exclusive channel with private giveaways.
