Since you're new to the site, just a few important things to note:

1. This is most likely going to give you $9 of site Contribution Value. (15% of $60). Don't necessarily expect to get the full $60, at least not permanently, as the game's discount has it within the "bundled" threshold, and staff these days seem to generally trend towards a less lenient interpretation (ie, not really adjusting based on quantity of giveaways/liklihood of exploitation, as in the past) of applying that threshold.
2. If you're gifting through Steam, note that Steam doesn't allow you to gift to anyone who has a converted currency pricing on the game which is more than 10% of your own currency. To find what regions are affected, go to https://steamdb.info/app/1495580/ and select "Canadian Dollar" [or other currency, if more relevant] from the selection box in the top right. Then look for the red percentags; The regions that have >10% you cannot gft to.
   
   In the case of a gift of this game that is purchased using Canadian Dollars, you'd be unable to gift to the US, Australia, the UK, Switzerland, and Israel. Since your giveaway isn't posted as being region-restricted, if this is your purchasing method, then you'll run the risk of possibly running into an invalid winner.. and moreover, staff won't allow you to reroll if region restrictions are set incorrectly (as the workload gets too high on staff, and as it's unfair to any winners which can't claim the game).
   
   With that in mind, it's also possible that staff may also not allow you to delete or reroll at all, without first getting the winner's permission, though staff'll generally waive your first such issue as a newbie mistake.
