Unless DLH screwed up on name and graphic, theres nothing indicating that it is the gold version.

By checking both their accounts https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198073154420/games/?tab=all https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198439823121/games/?tab=all they have Gold edition games. That Gold at the end makes it sound not like different game but better version where you receive some sort of season pass with it. If you don't know it's separate game, and don't happen to have Gold game already, it's very hard to spot this.
