The are technically able to enter for DLC; the question is whether you are happy for them to do so, or whether you'd prefer the package goes to someone who doesn't already own the base game.

about my research, its about modeling and control of a reactor inside a chemical process using matlab, python and simulink and other simulation tools (I'm a chemical engineer) ... the publication is about designing an adaptive controller for the reactor, I would love to give you the doi of this paper right now, but i can't cause its still in production (usually it takes less than a week to be available if i am not mistaken). However, i have a paper talking about the same reactor which was already published in 2022 (doi: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jksues.2022.05.007) if you are interested, i will text you when the publication is available online :) .
