For anyone joining, Sega still gives this game away for free via their website: https://www.sega60th.com/register

You don't even need to create an account. Just enter an email and login into Steam, and you should get the game into your library after it authenticates (and just leave before registering)

Note: There is a weird bug where you have to replace "localhost:3000" with "https://www.sega60th.com/" in order to get the authentication to work
