This was most frustrating. I bought this only after confirming that it was listed as a Global key. I tried activating it to be told it could not be activated here. I contacted the vendor who told me... it IS a global key but as you can see... it cannot be activated in these places:

And so you see, the seller told me, because it IS "global", but with these restrictions (which were not listed at the time of purchase), no refund. The logic is killing me!

So someone else can hopefully enjoy this. I probably missed a place or two where this could be activated, I apologize. I simply didn't have the patience or brain power to wade thru that mess more than I did. And should I have included place that I should not have, I ask that the winner allow me to reroll.
