Sadly no one can enter due to base game being Profile Limited.

You will get no entries. The base games are "profile limited", so Steamgifts can not see the ownership, so nobody can enter a giveaway for the DLC.
Wait until the giveaways are over and create giveaways for something else. Do not delete them, as you will lose your giveaway slots this way.
