I would like to clarify that the error related to regional restrictions was not caused by me, I had no control over it and the draw was not marked as restricted.

It does not seem fair to me that the solution is to choose another winner, since the draw was held and I was selected.

I ask you to provide a valid key to my region (Brazil) or send as a gift if it is better to you, if this is not possible, that the draw is marked as "not received", as directed by moderators.
