How does the bot work?
You send our bot a trade, confirm the trade on your phone and then you get your Bitcoin once the bot accepted the trade.

When will I receive my Bitcoin?
We strive to get the Bitcoin to you within 15 second of confirming the trade and less then 2 minutes in total.

I have not received my Bitcoin
In some cases, our bot crashes (rarely) or it went down for maintenance. In that case, contact Matts if you didn't receive your BTC.

How many items can I send to the bot at once?
We have put a limitation of 50 items at once to our bot. This is because the steam API would otherwise time out our request and would queue up all future trades.

Can I sell all CS:GO items to the bot?
No, our bot will not accept souvenir skins or items that haven't been on the Steam Market for less then 48 hours. You can sell all other items to the bot though.

When can I send a trade to the bot?
You can trade with our bot if your account has Steam Mobile Authenticator activated for more than seven (7) days. Our bot is online 24/7.

]My trade wasn't accepted by the bot, what now?
In this case, probably the trade just timed out, try sending the trade offer again.
Or your profile or inventory is set to private, then the bot also doesn't accept your trade.
