What needs to be done:
1 I will decline your gift in Steam, so you still have it.
2 After 1 week I will mark the GiveAway as Not Received, until step 3 is done
3 you must create a ticket (Support -> New Ticket) to have this GiveAway removed and ask for permission to reroll. So I won't be the winner anymore with a game I cannot activate
4 After 3) you can reroll this GiveAway, make sure you mark it as regional this time!!
