I marked it as received in the meantime, to avoid causing any troubles. You can reuse the key (I didn't even reveal it), but as far as I know you won't be able to do that as a new SG giveaway (I think it checks for duplicate key entries over all your giveaways). So if you want to give it away on SG, then indeed you will need a moderator's intervention. Otherwise I don't think there's any need to bother them, they probably have lots of tickets to deal with.
