Actually a global key that could probably be activated anywhere, but I wanted to make one for Australian residents because I know it's not always that easy to get this game when from there without going to gray markets. For the record, despite the game's banned for sale status, I am 100% certain it will activate on Australian based accounts as I have done so myself from the same batch from chrono.gg.
Steamgift admins, please let me know if this breaks rules and I will be happy to change. I am not aware of it breaking any rules using the region restrictions this way after having a look, but feel free to correct me.
This is the digital special edition, which includes some extras including the Jacket character in Payday 2 (although Australian residents can get a code for that by emailing overkill with ID, though it sometimes takes months - again something I've done).

Yeah good point, I actually have 0 idea how active the Australian Steamgifts community is, and I definitely started it a bit late (for half the country anyway). Maybe I should have picked a longer time, oh well.

Chrono.gg is an interesting store where they sell one game per day at a really good deal (near historical lows or beating them). This game changes every day, so that Hotline Miami 2 batch was only available yesterday. When I posted this giveaway, there was only 3 hours left of that sale. Part of the reason why Chrono are able to sell things cheap and remain legit, is because of that interesting business model.
I'd still check out Chrono.gg though as they've had some amazing deals on some things and often put some lesser known gems in the spotlight. I've been tempted so many times, but so far only have outright bought Warhammer End Times: Vermintide, Apotheon, and a shedload of Hotline Miami 2s!
Also every day you do visit, you can collect 'coins' which you can redeem in their coin shop for free Steam keys of whatever games they have in there. You only get a few per day, but you get massive bonus amounts of coins after hitting certain milestones - very easy to rack up thousands of coins over time. I've grabbed some great things for coins/free like Cosmochoria and Switchcars among other things, plus some lesser known things that I would never have known about.
