This is region restricted 'cause I'm going to buy it right off Steam. Due to Steam's gifting regulations, I cannot gift games to certain countries since they are 10% more expensive in their respective currency. In this case; according to SteamDB; Switzerland, Mexico, Russia (don't know the actual pricing here?) and Costa Rica are affected by that. If you're from any of those countries and can still enter or if you know any other regulations I'm not aware of, please tell me
