Bought the square-enix bundle in north america, and not sure about that as a restriction, but playing it safe, just in case. Didn't get anything that I wanted, so you folks can have it all.

Elite Edition is basically the GOTY version - it has all the dlcs as well as the main game, which is why people with the base game can enter. It's a good idea for a package like this to mention if people with the main game can enter for the dlcs or not. Otherwise people don't know what to do if they have the main game.
