I've had some of these sitting in a spreadsheet for over a year (was sick and didn't feel like doing giveaways at the time) but pretty sure they came from Fanatical mystery bundle. No choice but to reveal them at the time of purchase. I know we hope that it won't happen, but I guess there's always a chance the key ends up used somehow and not by me.
