Rise of the Tomb Raider

It's cool. I'm sure you didn't know, but this is the only one that comes up on on steamgifts when creating as a givaway.
The link you show has no description and just says:
Items included in this package:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/391220/Rise_of_the_Tomb_Raider/ (the one used)
So perhaps it does have season pass. (Which does not include all of the dlc - just the early ones)

All of the game ID's I tried for RotTR go back to the 20th Anniversary Edition (which includes the Season Pass). As your giveaway ends in a couple of hours, let me know if your winner ends up with the Season Pass content after redeeming his or her key. If not, Support will have to figure something out.

Will ask the winner what they get. As I remember, I got this as anniversary addition, which includes a lot of the early DLC's, and there were a few extra DLC's that came as separate keys - not a part of the season pass.

If the key(s) contain all of the content included in the Season Pass, no problem. If the key(s) do not contain all of the content in the Season Pass, then we have a problem. What you deliver has to be cover all that was promised. Anything beyond that is inconsequential. For example, you could promise the regular edition and deliver the Deluxe, but not the other way round.

You did everything you could reasonably be expected to do. We will have to see what the key gives, and if there is a problem, Support will have to sort it out.

I'm the one who has cause to be worried. This could turn into a complicated mess.

I'm guessing you are more worried about the 60P? I'm sure the winner would be happy with even just the base game only against 4000:1 odds?

No, I am worried about having to punt this to Ronix and/or CG with it taking a week to resolve due to technical issues between the HTML of the site and Steam's API. "Points" are barely even a blip on my radar.

As far as I've been able to determine, the selection you used from the list was the correct one, even if the picture it shows is "off" due to the way Steam phased out the old version. I am not an expert on either the site mechanics or the Steam API, however, so take that with a grain of salt.

You mean how did I get a steam key from Humble Bundle? It had 2 options: Get steam key or send gift. Was a bit odd, because usually it only has 'send gift' option when game is owned. But then again, this game has been sold in a few different iterations it seems. HB does have blue tick saying I own the game, however.
