Hi, im sorry to hear that, this is a game i've had for a while but only just uncovered the code for the giveaway so it should not have been used. I've looked into it & in the FAQ it says, "Sometimes a key is incorrectly reported by Steam as already being used. Please try logging out and (after a pause) back into your Steam client and then try activating the key again. We will check the key with Steam and replace if necessary and possible (the older an order the less likely we are to be able to replace a key)." Can you try logging in & out again or using the code directly into Steam to see if that works? My order with them is 3.5 years ago so I dont know if they will be able to get another key but I will try..

Sir - I am sorry but the key is so old now that I am not able to help you with this title. It falls outside of the warranty period.
