Well, StarCraft LoTV wasn't that great but it took some time to close the whole series so I appreciate that despite some flaws. Magicka 2 was also nice but not better than first one. I don't play that much "new" games. Waiting for discounts ;) I have high hopes for Pillars of Eternity.

Fallout will be my GOTY 2017 when I actually finish it.

Stellar graphics, an open-world, suitably complex RPG mechanics in a high-fantasy realm. What's not to love?

For me Personally, I'd go with Rainbow Six: Siege.
As an unbiased opinion for any game, even those I wouldn't play, I would have to go with The Witcher 3.

Not on pc, but Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate for me.

Fallout 4 until I finished it and felt like I'd seen everything there was to see (120+ hours!).

Since my favorite game is Minecraft, my favourite in 2015 is Minecraft 1.8.9 :)

Deadpool!

You might think that it is crazy to call a game released in 2013 the best game of 2015, but since Deadpool himself is a few Paris Hilton love dolls short of a full collection, it evens out in the end, right? As the man said it "Game of the Year, every year!", and it did have a re-release on Steam, PS4 and Xbox One in 2015.
