As much as it's true that it's against the rules to make giveaways for a Beta key (that normally won't leave you with a game afterwards) this isn't the case here. It's just the name that was given to the packs that are sold as Early Access on Steam right now.
Try looking a little further next time before trying to call out someone.
Beta key is beta key and it's against the rules to give it. Besides it was free = bundle list. And I'm not calling out anybody. I'm just writing rules from FAQ ;)
It took me a couple bans understand it: what is forbidden is to say directly or make the community think that someone broke a rule. Curiously directly insult someone or make the community think someone is stupid it's not punished.
It's a matter of interpretation of the calling out concept. That's the conclusion after getting some bans and doing a bunch of reports.
