The other winner indicated they got House of Detention instead of Desktop Beach Girls. Maybe the same thing happened to you? You can try the key again to see what game it was or check your licenses for the date when you redeemed it

Other winners of Desktop Beach Girls have the game showing in the library, so it should not be an issue if you got the correct game.

If you did not get Desktop Beach Girls you should mark that giveaway "Not received". You can't do that until 7 days have passed after the giveaway ended. If you accidentally marked it received, you can remove the received status by clicking on it again.
