I finally played it (twice) and I loved it. I hope you can play it soon.
To be honest, the music was my least favorite thing about it, ironically but that's probably a question of personal taste and it's not really a deterrent because the story is so good.
I will be checking other games from Nova Box because I was impressed by how well written and how beautiful this one was.
It's a truly immersive experience.
It's still on my radar, don't you worry about it! Just finished up a heavy VN called AN IOU, need to shake that one out first :')

What kind of genre of music are we talking? I'm a sucker for music that hits the concepts.
Well without spoiling anything, the music is meant to be very personal to the protagonist and to change with the protagonist, which was a cool concept but it's honestly pretty bad. Especially the first song you hear... it feels kinda like they were making up the melody as they went along.
I just felt it was a missed opportunity considering the story but as I said some people seem to like it, although not as much as you'd expect in a game with a central musical theme.
But really it's not a big deal, more like a miss in what could have been a superlative use of music. The story is great and the characters are interesting. Plus choices really do matter, even more than in most VNs I played, due to the concept.
Not saying any more. Just let me know if/when you ever play it ;)
