All rerolls are done by the support if the reason is legit, the creator can only ask for it. So actually it's true - " not like you can reroll the giveaway whenever you want."
Glad everyone else answered for me - You already own the DLC and have it installed, I'm not giving you another copy of it. This game went through 3 rerolls before finding a 4th winner that did not have it already.
So yeah, write support and see what you can do against people like me who check their winners for Activation, ReGifting and already having the game installed.
Yeah my bad. I kept checking out the DLCs i own with War of the Roses and it kept telling me i didn't own it. It is fixed now so nevermind, sorry for the trouble.
Oops.. sorry.. request a reroll. Didn't realize I already had this (stupid lack of DLC filtering). My apologies for the oversight.
