Hi what's in this premium edition, so I can know whether or not I have it already? Clicking the Steam link just goes to Steam's main page instead of a page for this game.
The Premium Edition has additional bonuses. See here. It sometimes happens that the giveaway creator chooses the Premium Edition for a giveaway because the (free) vanilla edition does not give CV. If that turns out to be the case here, simply mark the gift as "not received" and contact the creator for a proper upgrade.

In many cases, most certainly for this game, the reason is that the regular base version is not selectable on the giveaway list at all, as it is free to play.
While this certainly is reasonable, it might be the better choice to allow giving it out, considering it will be 0P and no-CV either way there's no 'illicit' gains to be made, instead it will help reduce wrong GA selections significantly.
