Probably fake giveaway. I "won" one of his giveaways. Guy claims that he had sent Steam Gift through this website. I never received the game. Just like other "winner". He blocked me on Steam and then created this giveaway. He doesn't have this game in his Steam Inventory. No hope for him.

Same here, waiting the rest of the week to sign this as not received but his behavior made me sure he won't give any key.
Added him on Steam, told him his GAs ended, he replied telling me "keys sent".
Since I received nothing through SG I asked him if he could give me the key via message.
No reply, I got blocked.

I had the same with Thief. He claimed that he sent Steam GIFT through SteamGifts. I told him it's not possible. I got blocked.
