I think that "Net Neutrality" is a scam & that ISPs should regulate themselves via competition, not via the government.
For the most part anyway.

The problem is for the majority of Americans, there is no competition in the market. For example, I literally have all of one ISP to choose from where I live at and that's the norm.

Until we can get competition, these monopolies need to be regulated.

Well, I certainly don't know how to fix a lack of competition but regulations are hardly encouraging it.
In my opinion, getting involved into the business should be incentivized and not discouraged.

What I've seen happening in rural areas (not in the US), is people pledging to ISPs to sign with them, if they established access to the internet in their town/village.
So the ISPs invested to bring internet to those areas and everyone was happy.

Maybe people should do more like that, since ISPs also want to make more money and get more customers.

European citizen, net neutrality is already here, European Commission would not accept some bs like this in Europe, so I can say we are safe. :)
