The most atmospheric game to me is Dragon Age: Origins. :D

DA2 sucks.

Strangest music? Probably Chiasm. If you've ever played Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, the song that plays in the first club is by her.

Most atmospheric game? If you want to count visual novels, it's Ever17: The Out of Infinity. If you'd rather have some gameplay instead of just an interactive book, I guess I'd go with the cliche answer of Bioshock.
