Do they really have to emphasise the brightest day though? It goes without saying..I mean.. if you can't catch a baddie in broad daylight, you're not very good at it now, are ya..
not sure why? maybe to show that in darkness or light, their will power will never waver and those who stand against them(basically those that are evil) will be punish. To emphasize that no matter what happen, they will face justice ??
Also sounds way cooler than just "blackest night"..
