I am curious...
I thought for a new user it is only possible to create giveaways for 3 gifts (only 3 slots available).
Was it changed recently - or did you contacted support so they gave you those extra slots?
Or is it just accidental glitch?

He is only using 2 slots out of 3 and in each of those slots giving away 3 copies. Anyway, these giveaways smell fishy. Look at his registration date and steam profile. He doesn't even own the game and actually he doesn't own any game that costs nearly as much as one copy of this.

well, in the light of recent cranking on whistleblowers by support (and I partially agree with them, though not completely)...
anyway - I remember (and while doing my latest multiple-copies GAs too) that each GIFT takes one slot. So should be2*3=6 slots...

I had an odd double-submit go through on a GA I put up yesterday, which shouldn't be possible because of the confirmation page, so... perhaps it's the result of a bug.

I'm not sure because it has never happened to me, but I think maybe it occurs when you refresh a page at the wrong moment. Like for example you submit something but it seems to stall (the site doesn't respond right away), and so you do it again and somehow it allows it to go through twice.
