Often happens to bandai Namco games. To my surprise for this game exist one subid that does not restrict Japan specifically(besides devs/press packages) and that is Ultimate edition. Although I suspect due to human error lol when I try to buy it it goes like this

Was told it's a ROW key and that it has no region restrictions. So, hopefully that's true.

RestOftheWorld is not WorldWide sadly. At least in Japan won't activate (not entering 👍)

It seems most Anime and JRPG games won't activate in Japan unless bought there directly
