Tartare: a large plate of raw beef, 3 egg yolks, pepper, salt, vinegar, mustard, maggi, 3 pickles, 1 onion. Sometimes you can add mushrooms or fish.

Rare steaks with some kind of salad side-dish. :3

Now a days I just crave for a nice medium rare of prime eye steak or any steak.

Anything as long it delicious and it involve beef.

Here in Spain there is a restaurant company named Foster's Hollywood. They serve what most people know as "american food" (you know, hamburgers, nuggets, grill...). There is an incredible dish called "Cavatappi Chicken Pasta" (you can see it here: https://allbarcelona.files.wordpress.com/2012/11/p1030841.jpg).

Basically it's pasta with a sauce made of cream, different kinds of cheese and caramelised onion. On top of that, three or four small chicken fillets made with a Cajun spice mix. And, finally, a couple of small loaves of bread smeared with garlic and butter.

I imagine it must be inspired by some real american dish. It's simply amazing.
