ok no problem, but in steam they are different games, Its like metro 2033 and 2033 redux and many others, so you will not have any problem with the activaction.
its a remaster with improvements if you see in youtube the differences and with all dlcs that in normal version, the cost of them in steam without offers are STILL 58,86€... and some of them have new zones and stories.

definite edition worth it, even if it's just to play the dlcs, and has improvements :)
edit: tested a bit, its a 64bits executable, original was 32bits.
